6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information only for as long as your account is active. To maintain data minimization standards and minimize security risks, Spend Pulse reserves the right to permanently delete account data for users without an active subscription who have been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.

User-Initiated Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account at any time via App Settings > Delete Account. You will be presented with two options:

• Scheduled Deletion: Your data is hidden immediately and permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period. You may restore your account by logging in during this period.
• Immediate Erasure: Your data is permanently and irreversibly purged from our servers immediately upon confirmation (Right to Erasure).

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
